Power Kids Wellness

We provide children with the opportunity to learn how to create and sustain a healthy lifestyle. Our Youth Fitness programs promote physical fitness and nutritional education in a safe and fun environment.

Our team of experienced sports performance specialist, physical therapists, athletic trainers wellness coaches and nutrition specialists have the training and expertise necessary to help young kids achieve their health and fitness goals.

 

PowerKids Programs

Age Appropriate Fitness Classes

Weekly classes that focus on Resistance Training, Cardiovascular Training and Interactive Games. Safe and efficient training based on science and backed by Doctors of Physical Therapy.
(AGES - Pre-Teen 8-12 & Teens 13 +)

Family Fitness Classes

Classes that focus on activity and play as a family. Creating a in-home environment of activity and movement.

Nutritional Guidance on the A,B,C's of Proper Nutrition

Learn the truth, about your body and how to fuel it right. Educating the youth on various aspects of maintaining healthy eating habits and how to integrate this lifestyle into their own.

Kids in Motion Activities

Exercising doesn't have to be a chore. We introduce youth to new sports and activities. They will learn the rules, strategy of the game and how to be a good teammate. In hopes that they will enjoy the game or activity, share with friends and play often.

Ongoing Online Support & Education

We work together with our youth and their parents/caregivers to establish healthy eating and exercise habits for a lifetime. We provide a online community that provides support and education for youth and parents.
